STEP 1
Sign power of attorney
We’ll need your permission to start liaising with U.S customs on your behalf.
STEP 2
Submit your shipment details
When, where, and how is your shipment coming in? We’ll ask you to provide us with:
- Importer Security Filing (ISF) Ocean only
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing list
- Bill of lading
- Please note, other government agencies may require differing documents.
STEP 3
You relax, we get busy filing
We’ll review your submission and check that all documents are accounted for.
STEP 4
We talk to your shipper
We’ll proactively request your ISF from the shipper to ensure zero delays, fees and/or penalties. Then we’ll submit your customs declaration and keep you updated throughout the process.
STEP 5
Your request is processed!
Another shipment successfully processed. 🥂 Now, we celebrate. And pay the fees.
You’ll pay the following fees:
- Entry filing fee
- ISF filing fee*
- Bond fee*
- Duties and customs fees
- Port or CFS (container freight station) payments upon request
- Where applicable

Paperwork
Now that your goods are cleared, we’ll get all the paperwork you need.
- Delivery documentation (delivery order) so you can schedule a pickup as soon as possible.
- Legal documents such as 7501, 7533, and 3461 with the release of your shipment from customs.
STEP 7
On to the final destination
We’ll support you with delivery and logistics as your goods journey to their final destination.
